INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1/4 cup coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/4 cup finely chopped spinach (palak)
1/4 tsp finely chopped green chillies
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp oil for kneading
Whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) for rolling
5 tsp grated mozarella cheese
1 tbsp oil for cooking
Let's now prepare corn parathas.
We'd need corn, spinach, whole wheat flour, cheese, salt to taste and chopped green chillies.
First take the coarsely ground sweet corn into a bowl.
Put flour into it.
Next, add in Palakh (chopped spinach).
While mixing it, put some green chilies and salt as per taste.
While kneading the dough, add water if required.
Use some oil while kneading the dough, a little bit.
Roll out the dough into a roti (Indian bread)
We have to make two rotis.
There's one for the top and one below it.
We can now roast the roti. Place it on a griddle.
Next we need to lavishly put cheese on it.
It's for growing kids, so excess cheese too would be fine.
After cheese, we can put the next roti on to it.
We can now roast the sandwich from both sides.
Once it's roasted nicely, the corn Parathas are ready to serve.
The recipe is for growing kids, so it's alright to use butter instead of oil.
For serving, you may choose to cut the parathas into two semicircular discs.
Use grated cheese for garnish and serve hot with tomato sauce!

***Aches and Pains: Listening to Your Body and Empowering Yourself to Keep It Working
Why is it that we tend to take better care of our cars than we do our bodies? I think it’s because there is a specific monetary value attached to the car. We value what we pay for our car. Our bodies, on the other hand, have no intrinsic monetary value so we tend to take our physical body for granted. Typically, it’s only when our bodies break down and we have to spend money to get them fixed that we realize the value.
