The efficacy of energy-based psychotherapy is slowly increasing with the advent of new technology that can measure brain waves and other forms of subtle energy. As with any field of study there are several branches, all of which focus on change within some aspect of the human energy field, or circuit. As a psychotherapist, I have found that the creation of an energetic bridge between the conscious & the subconscious mind is helpful for clients to access the source of an energetic block. The use of Subtle Energy techniques & Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy TM has been a safe & loving way to assist clients in creating this energetic bridge. This method encourages an individual to explore pockets of repressed emotional energy & release the negative charge associated with it. When this energy is discharged, or released from their system, true & lasting change, or healing, can begin.
Over time self-defeating & self-sabotaging patterns can create energetic blocks, which can often lead to illness and/or dis-ease. As humans we store our emotions & memories on an energetic level. Often these are inaccessible to our conscious minds, and can consist of dysfunctional beliefs & traumatic memories from past experiences. This is why for some individuals “talk” therapy can only go so far before hitting an “energetic block.” Thus, no matter how motivated a client may be, an impasse (block) occurs within the therapeutic process. Therefore, to promote healing, one must re-establish (bridge) communication between the conscious mind & the subconscious mind, in order to break up this dysfunctional energy.
The key to unlocking repressed emotions & memories (energy) is to get the individual “into their body” & move the energy while accessing both the subconscious & conscious mind. One way this can be done is under hypnosis. This re-connects communication between the conscious & subconscious mind. Thus, empowering the individual by reactivating the flow of emotional energy one has repressed & subsequently releasing (healing) it.
There is ample evidence indicating the importance of this method of somatic (physical) experience for accessing & healing deep trauma. This principle operates on a cellular level of the body, where memories & emotions are stored. In order to retrieve & reframe dysfunctional imprints at this level, one must follow the same path back to the state in which the dysfunction occurred. In the popular film “What the bleep…” Candace Pert & others briefly describe this method of storing information at a cellular level, as well as the importance of reframing information for lasting change.
In my practice I use Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy TM to bypass the fears, rationalizations, denial systems, and other defenses (blocks) that the conscious & subconscious mind may use to resist healing. I have noticed a much deeper & faster level of healing than any “talk” therapy could have attained. Moreover, during my training with this process I also received healing that can only be described as spiritual. Thus, when we look deeply at an energetic level, we look into the depth of our souls; it is here that healing occurs, & resonates throughout our entire energetic system.

WHAT YOU ALWAYS WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT KUDALINI ENERGY BUT WERE AFRAID TO ASK
I define Kudalini Energy as that life force energy associated with the chakra centers. It is that life force energy that begins the moment we take our first breath and according to Eastern philosophy lies coiled at the root chakra (base of the spine) until uncoiled). It is the energy from creator source moving through your chakra centers downward to the creative source in Mother Earth and back up again to the creator source. It is my opinion that we, as humans, work with the kudalini energy every day but for many of us, we are not aware of it.

Coping With the Now
COPING WITH THE NOW DIANA MOORE Does it seem like you are under more stress than usual? Does it seem like time is speeding up, leaving you with less hours in a day to accomplish the things you need to do? If you answered “yes,” you are not alone. I myself feel like I am living with one foot in the fourth dimension, one foot in the fifth dimension and under the umbrella of Satu and sometimes Pluto. Now, what does all of this mean? The word “dimension” means concept or aspect. At one time, the concept of the planet was that the earth was flat.
