Creating Change - Are You Ready to Create Positive Change in Your Life?

Tomar Levine

Is there anyone among us not looking for change of some kind? Better health, better income, and better relationships top most people’s wish lists – and that’s just for starters. I believe many of us also long for greater meaning and purpose in life, long to feel fulfilled, connected, and that we are making a difference.

Yet achieving the changes we seek often proves elusive. If it were easy, we’d all be there already. There are reasons why it’s hard for many of us to create change, but as a life purpose, career, and creativity coach, I have seen many people achieve their goals by following certain fairly simple steps outlined here.

Let me share with you a little secret: there are really only four basic principles necessary for your success.

The first principle is getting clear about what it is you want. Even better is getting clear and passionate about it! If you’re not sure where you’re going, or if you keep changing course, your chances of arriving at your desired destination are rather slim, to say the least.

The second principle is removing the inner obstacles that we’ve all got – the fears and limiting beliefs that hold us back. If you know what you want but don’t pursue it, or if you feel like you’ve got one foot on the accelerator and the other on the brake, chances are that limiting beliefs are undermining you. Once you identify and remove those negative beliefs, and replace them with positive images, thoughts, and feelings, your conscious and subconscious mind will be aligned and you will be able to move forward smoothly toward your goal. Then your energy will begin to attract to you what you want instead of the opposite.

The third principle is the necessity of making a concrete plan. If you don’t craft an actual plan with specific action steps, your dreams will hover somewhere in the stratosphere – nice ideas with a vague “sometime/maybe” label. We have to bring our dreams down to earth, turn them into goals with a pathway of steps, and then walk steadily along that pathway, step by step, or we’ll never get there.

And the fourth principle is the importance of getting support. It’s not impossible, but it’s much more difficult to create real change in your life without the right kind of support – because left to our own devices, as I know all too well, we tend to stay stuck in our familiar ruts.

In my report I have expanded these four principles into eight powerful steps that take you from vision to fulfillment. I’ve also included many specific techniques to make the process easier for you - the same methods I’ve used successfully for myself and my clients.

One of my passions is learning – especially learning about different methods and approaches to change, growth, and personal transformation. As you will see when you read this report, my toolbox is brimming with fun and diverse tools (and there’s many more where these came from). It is my pleasure to pass them along to you so you too can create the changes in your life that you long for.
