Self-knowledge, shaped by life experience, refined by decent intentions, and applied thoughtfully, builds inner trust - a prerequisite for mutual trust.

Solo ventures, such as mountain travel by foot comprise a category requiring trust in the accuracy of one’s judgement, to safeguard life and limb, and to return from the journey fit and well.

Relationships, i.e. joint ventures, must develop as much and more trust, to complete the journey, as two souls might not otherwise fairly survive the mishaps which inevitably occur with no more than the mere passage of time.

Though true love is said to be the summit on a mountain of affection, durable trust is the bedrock upon which it rests. Therefore, cultivate Trust.

A timeless truth by the Bard himself, thus advises:
“This above all: to thine own self be true.
And it must follow, as night the day.
Thou canst not be false to any man.” Shakespeare

Self-knowledge and self-disclosure promote mutual trust: Share what you know in a timely manner. Therefore, speak only the truth to each other, and then from a good heart, without fear. Listen thoughtfully, and respond likewise.

Trust strengthens the fabric of your friendship, whereas absent this virtue, it risks unraveling. Repair all snags quickly and correctly.
Admit your mistakes: Trust in forgiveness.

Maintain the balance of power with reason, fai
ess, and accommodation: Trust in fair play. Let the heart be the tie-breaker, not the ego.

Do not equivocate, prevaricate, or otherwise be evasive when honesty is indicated. The truth will set you free: even more so, it will keep you free.

Exchange true affection accordingly. The frivolous provocation of jealousy is a vain deceit. Avoid even the appearance of impropriety.
Always be trustworthy, never be deceitful:

“O what a tangled web we weavenwhen first we practice to deceive.” Sir Walter Scott 1800

A summary note:
“When it’s fostered, perfect trust, nlike pure gold, will never rust.”

Excerpted from Soul Talk: Rescripting Karmic Contracts, 2008, Adele Tartaglia In this article I shall describe new processing techniques to handle regression memories that trigger past life traumas in reference to child therapy. Using these processes Increases the rate of Spontaneous Healing 100%. Regression is easier for a child because they live in an imaginary world and a session can be framed as a game. Furthermore they aren’t programmed yet to believe their souls only have one inca ate life.
