The following was channeled from the Golden Circle of Ascended Feminine Masters, a group of illumined Beings dedicated to helping today’s Woman (and man!) reclaim True Feminine Power:

My beloved daughters, your Theatre of Life is full of challenges and dramas, interesting twists and turns to keep you entertained. You are a delight to behold scripting your roles and playing your parts on the stage of your lives. But my precious ones, why do you become so distressed during scenes of high drama and crisis? Do you not remember your own power?

When seemingly overwhelming events occur, do not become anxious or worry, but just look at the situation and Know that there is a way to deal with it. Be curious about what that Way that is.

You will find that Way Through the crisis most quickly and painlessly by following these steps:

First, examine the fundamentals of the situation. What are its essential facts? What is actually happening? Who all is involved? What are their interests and motives? What does their Intent appear to be? What is at stake for everyone involved? What changes appear to be coming into your life? Just list these facts quickly, objectively and calmly, as if you're watching a play from a comfortable seat in the audience.

Second, know that the Way Through will be found within those fundamentals. Look for shelter, resolution or escape within those fundamentals. The Way Through will open up—it will take form—as you look for it.

Third, acknowledge your feelings and deal with your emotions. Recognize the Turn Signals your soul is sending you through your feelings. Acknowledge what they are urging you to DO. It may not be necessary or even prudent to act on them right now, but it is essential that you register what they are. (For help with this, see the article: “Feelings: The Turn Signals From Your Soul” at WomanSpiritOracles.com)

Fourth, once you have registered your feelings’ message for you, find refuge in Spirit. Leave behind the turmoil and uncertainties of your outer world to center yourself Within in Spirit’s Peace. Rest there, and allow all unwanted emotional energies to flow out of your body until your mind is calm and your body at peace.

You need do nothing but allow it to make this happen. Simply notice how the tingling, tight, tense or constricting sensations move through your body and flow out through your fingers, nose, head or toes. This can take from five to 20 minutes, depending upon your body temperament and the state of your psyche.

Fifth, when your mind is calm and your body at peace, ask your Guides to help you see the situation from your Spirit’s point of view. Be willing to let go of old ideas about what you think you need or how things “should” be. Changing your perspective may be all that’s needed to reveal The Answer, or it may suddenly be obvious that a joyful silver lining lies waiting beneath the debris for you to claim it.

Everyone’s process is individual, unique not just to you, but to each event you move through. Your present process may require an action on your part, or perhaps just more time for the Way Through to take form. Trust that there is a higher purpose for what has occurred even if it is not evident now. The Way Through will appear, if it hasn’t already. Trust that the solution is already there and just waiting to be recognized.

Sixth, while you are centered in Spirit’s Peace, use the clarity you find there to refresh your awareness of the larger goals you have for your life. Ask yourself these questions: What did you come to life for? What do you want to be doing here?

It’s easy, especially in the midst of crisis, to get caught up in just surviving and lose sight of the things that give your life meaning. Don’t set yourself up for depression in the future by losing sight of your greater goals in the decisions you make now. (For guidance with this, see the article: “What Your Life Is For.”)

Seven, hold the larger vision for your life clearly in mind as you do what’s needed to deal with the events at hand. Return to Steps 2, 3 or 4 when needed as you move through your process. Centering yourself in Spirit’s Peace is critical. The serenity and peaceful emotional energies you create for yourself there will radiate out to merge with the new energies entering your life from the situation at hand, and speed your passage into a fulfilling and happy future.

I assure you that the Way Through will reveal itself as you process these seven steps. Step forward with confidence when it does. Keep your focus on the activities, people and places that nourish you, and go out into life once more with a solid sense of your capabilities, mission, power and purpose.

My precious daughters, play your parts with enthusiasm and know that I’m delighting in your performance just as you delight in your children up on their school’s stage. You are indeed magnificent!
