Are we breaking the law? Many of us are breaking the law everyday and don’t know it. How? Many of us are not living according to the Law of Abundance. Abundance is a Universal Law. Abundance is a Spiritual Law. As a result, we have a god-given right to live in abundance.

So, what is preventing each of us from having the abundance that the Universe offers? What is causing us to break the Law of Abundance? It is a simple answer to what seems to be a very complicated question. The answer is “the fetters” of life. Fetters are things that weigh us down and prevent us from experiencing the natural flow of succession or what we call success.

Fetters, or what some call “the cares of the world”, are those things that cause us to dwell, operate, and perform in low vibration energy. This low vibration energy causes the onset of poverty, illness, chaos, stress, and debt.

Let’s face it. Living in scarcity, lack, and financial bondage is no way to live. Consequently, it is pertinent to tap into the energy which governs abundance.

Where do we begin? We begin with our thoughts. Our thoughts are seeds--seeds we must cultivate in order to produce what we truly want in our lives. Our thoughts are rudders which steer our lives in certain directions. Want to live in abundance? Want to learn to practice the Law of Abundance? Then, the first principle in learning to operate according to the Law of Abundance is, “Energy follows thoughts.” This is referred to as the principle of Expectations.

The truth is irrefutable. We don’t always get what we want. We don’t always get what we need, but we always get what we expect. For example, if you hoard money, then you are think “I expect to run out of money one day.” Accordingly, energy follows the thought and you run out of money one day.

Now, how do we change our thoughts to increase the flow of abundance in our lives? How do we change our thoughts in order to practice the Law of Abundance? We change our thoughts 4 ways:

1. We change what we say (linguistics).
2. We change our environment.
3. We change the images we see.
4. We change our actions.

To change our language, we start to speak according to The Law of Abundance. Poor-mouthing is not going to make the Universe feel sorry for you and rain money and wealth in your life. We have to change our language and our thoughts will change.

Some of us find it difficult to change our environment. Even if you live in a one-room apartment over Hell’s kitchen, you can change your environment. Put things in your environment in which you find attractive. Things representing abundance to you should be around you.

Change the images you see. You may live in the worst neighborhood in the world, but you have your mind. Use your mind. Visualize the life you want to live. Visualize abundance through meditation and your thoughts will change.

Change your actions. Act like a successful person. Act like the richest man or woman on the planet and eventually the energy around you will change. You will see abundance manifesting in your life.

Yes, the Law of Abundance contends that we have the right to live in abundance. However, we must be willing to do what it takes to obey the law.
