We do lot of things to reduce stress. Our life is quite stressful due to this fast competitive world. This causes many worries and thereby stress. We all have some degree of intuition and extrasensory perception. These both are really useful to us in many ways. There are so many worries in our life and we are continuously busy striving to reduce them. This is the main reason why we overlook or turn a deaf ear to our intuition or extra sense power. Though, many people develop this power through professional training and also enable themselves to reduce stress. Intuitive power is your gut feeling, your inner truth. It is simple to understand What is intuition? It is what your inner self tells you. It does not go by any reason or explanation. It is just that you inside feel. It helps you and warns you from taking incorrect decision. Extrasensory perception is that thought or voice within you that is based on current moment. Your extra sixth sense is able to perceive things that are going to happen in future and tells you the mode of action. Many times we do hear our inner voice and act accordingly while many times we just ignore and later call it as coincidence. Extrasensory perception can actually be developed in such a way that you can use it to make your best decisions. It is already within us. We just need to awaken and develop it more effectively. The techniques used to develop this inner voice also help to reduce stress. One needs to understand that these are your inner soft voices of relaxed mind state. Relaxed mind state is a key for reducing stress. Your quiet mind is your relaxed state of mind. To quiet your mind you may need to perform meditation. Meditation helps you to quiet all your thoughts and learn about you. It helps you to know yourself better. It relaxes your mind extremely. The other technique to eliminate all your worries and enable you to hear your inner voice more clearly is by chakra cleansing and balancing. There are specific mediation techniques that help chakra cleansing. Chakra cleansing actually is that it clears all negative energy and thoughts that block your effective thinking. It allows good flow of energy within you. The meditation techniques to quiet your mind and cleanse your chakra are very essential for reducing stress. In fact they are recommended with many medical therapies. On the other hand these techniques allow clear and efficient communication between your mind, body and soul. You are able to know inner you. They help you to interpret your instinct and extra sensory perception more correctly. Extrasensory perception is quite helpful. Developing this within you allows you to find correct answers for many instances in life. It is your instinct that allows you to know life’s deeper truths. Hence, there is no doubt about the fact that intuitive powers help you to reduce stress because they are voice in form of thoughts of your relaxed silent mind.
