Next you should include more fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet. These days very few people consume vegetables on a daily basis. Rather than taking fries, you should try and include more green leafy vegetables into your diet. They are low in calories and high in fiber, which keeps you fuller for longer periods of time, thus preventing binge eating.

Last of all, you should always set your goals and plan to achieve them, and stick to your plan. It is human nature to want to see immediate results. However, weight loss is not something that happens ove
