Discovering! Now what?

Ok! So you are waking up your inner master at last! And now you have your hands full of questions without any answer... And you ask yourself... Now what?! How I can evoke my family understanding and support? Well, nine months are left of this year, which means that every moment counts. It is very important that you come up with an action plan for your life and your relationship. A game plan without losing perspective of your life purpose. Many clients have asked me this question: Saritza, I feel empower and ready while I am inside a room in your workshops. But when I come back home is like I lost my memory! Have you felt the same? When we are with the "right people" we grow, expand, relate and get challenged and inspired. Having found this kind of company we usually search for getting involved in more activities so we can enjoy everything. However, in many cases, people try to substitute one company for another. And usually we left behind the company that matter most: Family. Then we choose to feel underestimated and misunderstood. Then we lose all kind of motivation when we are around of the people or life. There are many reasons why this happens.

Keep your Power where belongs; with you! Uncertainty comes when we permit others to be in charge of what we do or want. And remember "power" is not about force, is about spiritual energy, wisdom. Our inner energy is one of our more precious gifts. It's our life source. Without it we lose identity and then we become victims of everything else (people, circumstances, thoughts, etc). On this spot, there is no inner peace, clarity or self-realization. So, come on! Connect with yourself, stop putting your life in people's hands and feel blessed creating ownership with your life purpose.

Create Disciplined Culture: Re-educate the people of your life. They have been in your life for ever; they have known you from the best through the worst version of yourself. It means that they expect certain reactions and attitudes (They are use to it). They are trained by you to react specific ways when you access different ways of being. Well, now is your time to show them and teach them how to deal with your true you. This is the part that many leaders find a lot of stretch. Many people think that by transforming themselves they are done. And the truth is, this is only the beginning of their transformational jou
ey.

Walk the Talk: Vision without Action is only a beautiful idea. You may have a wonderful dream but if you don't make it happen no one will do it for you. In the other hand, be wise. Be sure of experience and expose yourself to every distinction and understanding that you demand of others. Be consistent and engage people's heart by example not by word. If you want to enroll the people you love in your life, is crucial that you live your life fulfilling your promises and commitments with others and with yourself. Be organized and set priorities that aloud you to have a clean record as leader, professional and family member.

Expand Yourself: Enlighten your leadership with information and experience. John Maxwell says: Talent is not enough. And I tell you keep on growing! Become a student of what you already master. There is always space to learn, to create, to experiment amazing ways to reach our next level. No matter in what stage of life we are.

Build your Spiritual Community: Get a mentor. Expose yourself in a big way. There is nothing like having people to support us to maintain accountable with our objective in life. Involve the people you love, let them be part of your discovering and transformational process. Then you will start to speak the same language and you will see upgrades on your communication.

Keep monitoring your Results: Results are very valuable information that give us feedback of who we were in some specific moment. You are not your results and be sure to be really objective on this. Pay attention on your results because this feedback is all you need to reorganize and make a new strategy to make happen your final goal, whatever it is. And this applies from corporate projects to personal relationships. Remember, there is nothing outside that we don't have on the inside.
