Do You Deserve To Be Rich?

What was your immediate response to that headline?

An indignant ‘YES, of course I do’ followed by an uncertain, more silent ‘NO, I am not sure that I do, actually’…

And guess what? The ‘no’ rules you at the moment if you are not at the income level you want to be at.

That silent ‘No’ is causing you to come up with excuse upon excuse for why you are not doing the work to create the wealth. It is causing you to stop being creative. It is causing you to stay stuck doing work you do not want to do. It is causing you to be fed up with life and it is causing you to wonder when it will be your time.

So, go on, ask yourself again

“Do I deserve to be Rich?”

And then whip out that journal of yours and start to acknowledge what you really think about money, what you really think about the rich and why you think you are not quite ‘there’ yet.

You may have tried to gloss over all these feelings in the past but where has that got you?

I know the grand ideas of personal development, faith, self-help and law of attraction make you think that to admit the negative feelings within you when it comes to money, will make them a reality. But what if they are holding you back no matter how firmly you state the affirmation of wealth coming to you daily.

I talk about ‘The work always works’ and it really truly does.

However, the level of work you will allow yourself to do when you, deep down, don’t think you deserve to be rich is different from the work you will do when you are released from any holdbacks inside of you. And that is why it is critical that you do this work of seeing what is going on inside of you and handling it or at the very least acknowledge and release it.

Glossing over it has not worked so far and I assure you, it will never work.

What tends to happen is that people settle for the lesser goal and tell themselves that they don’t need to be all that rich anyway. No, you may not need to, but you WANT TO so honey, don’t settle! Do the internal work as well.

You are born to change a lot of lives…

To impact a great number of people…

To live out of passion, purpose, flow…

And you will hold yourself back when you are not sure that you are allowed to create all that much money!

Because you and I know internally, the simple rule: The more people I serve, the more money I make. And so, to avoid making more money because you think you do not deserve it, you will not do the work of serving more people and you will have all kinds of reasons for it. Your creativity will shut down and all you will be able to do is follow some plan which will definitely limit the results you get. Your abundant wealth will come from you being you BOLDLY and bravely and not just living to some formula that some other person gave you.

So, honey - Again - DO YOU DESERVE TO BE RICH?

Write down what comes up internally when you think about it.

Consciously disprove what your own brain is telling you…

Tell yourself why that reason is false.

And turn it around to a belief that empowers you

Write that down.

And keep doing that until you feel certain that you deserve to be rich.

Remember, the work always works!
