Do You Question Your Perfection?

Have you ever heard comments such as: “There is no such thing as perfection”. Or how about: “Stop trying to be perfect because you’ll never get there”. Well, I DISAGREE…. And here’s why…

In A Course in Miracles it is said that any split in mind must involve a rejection of part of it, and this is the belief in separation. By separation we are referring to your belief of being a lonely, separate, different and unimportant person. The truth is that you have never been lonely nor separated from the One Life. In fact, the Divine created you as an extension of His/Her own Divinity and Love.

By understanding the above paragraph, you can then recognize that your separation from Source is a self-created and false illusion. Therefore, you have ALWAYS been perfect, and you will ALWAYS be perfect.

It is not arrogant to claim and accept your perfection. You are only perfect love, and when you deny this, you make what you are something you must learn to remember. Can you realize that you have taught yourself to believe that you are not what you are? As a result, you’ve lived under the false perception of IMPERFECTION.

Realize this in yourself and you’ll be able to realize the perfection of everyone around you. By the same token you can acknowledge the perfection of everyone around you and you’ll be able to see that which you perceive within yourself.

The evolutionary impulse of our time is the transition to an entirely new cosmic reality in which the story of separation has ended. No longer is growth had through opposition, but rather it is through inspiration. But I’ll go deeper into this next week’s post.

For today, I want you to remember that in order to enter this evolutionary impulse, you have to claim what you truly are. You have to see yourself anew and in full acknowledgement and appreciation of your inherent perfection.

I’d like to close with the following quote from ACIM:
“Yet is it surely clear that the perfect need nothing, and you cannot experience perfection as a difficult accomplishment, because that is what you are”. T 6:2:7

Are you willing to embody your brilliance? I’d love to hear from you, so leave your comments below.
In praise and gratitude,

Monica
