Extrasensory Perception or ESP, in short, is long believed as a means of communicating with human beings or people without using the common five senses. Not only people, but being aware of an impending occurrence, objects and things can also be the part of ESP. During 1870s, Sir Richard Burton for the very first time used this particular term though more proper use of the term ESP had been made by Gustav Pagenstecher in 1924. In 1920s another scholar, Dr. Rudolph Tischner used this term, ESP to illustrate a type of exte alization of sensibility. As research continued 3 types of ESP had been shortly categorized namely telepathy, clairvoyance and precognition. Still after so much works, researches and experiments a question has not yet received a firm answer – does this extrasensory perception exist? Here are few major experiments conducted to prove the assay the existence of ESP in reality. 1) The Seminal Studies by J. B. Rhine: These works are considered as the earliest studies of ESP. Conducted under controlled experimental surroundings, the first technique implemented was known as card-guessing, to be precise, Zener card guessing. These particular cards included 5 different symbols (a circle, a plus sign, a square, a star and a set of vertical wavy lines). The participants were given 25 decks where each of these 5 symbols was repeated 5 times. They were asked to guess the order of these 5 symbols when they would be shuffled. The result went far beyond the expectation of the researchers. When the researchers thought that hardly one in five would correctly guess the cards, the original outcome crossed this number to a great extent. Thus, it was concluded that the participants had utilized some extrasensory perception to guess the order of the Zener cards. 2) Ganzfeld experiment by Charles Honorton: In this technique two individuals are being seated in two separate rooms. One of them acts as a sender and the other receiver. Images or videos are shown to the sender who tries to mentally communicate about these objects to the receiver, in a silent way. Now, the receiver who is seated in a different room with ping-pong balls in both eyes and headphone in ears where pink or white noise is being played. To offer ultimate comfort a relaxed chair is given to the receiver and a bright red light shone in the room. The receiver then loudly describes what she or he can see and the whole thing gets recorded. Finally the researchers judge the two details. Not only these two experiments, but hundreds other tests are also being performed. Upon the results of these tests, researchers have concluded that the existence of ESP cannot be denied outright. Connection with Creative Visualization – Now, there is a common myth around which says that there is a strong bond between ESP and Creative Visualization. But according to the parapsychologists, it is just another wrong notion as creative visualization has nothing to do with ESP, sixth sense and telepathy.

Affirmations for abundance are exactly what their name implies. Or are they? Actually, they may not be what people initially assume them to be. On the surface, it would seem that affirmations for abundance are little more than self-help statements designed solely for the purpose of amassing money. In some ways, this could be considered partially accurate. Abundance would be considered the amassing of wealth, profits, or material possessions. Yet, to limit the perspective of what such affirmations are down to such mere material descriptions is somewhat inaccurate.

While most people are aware of the benefits of daily meditation, it still is not a particularly common practice. If you were to take 10 random people off of the street, it’s unlikely that even ONE of those people consistently practices mediation each and every day.
