One of the surest paths to personal growth and well-being nis expressing yoursel. You can do this through jou
aling, nbut there's a more fun way: write articles for the Internet.
The web is hungry for information! Webpublishers looking for content for their websites and ezines and you could have just the material they're looking for.
As I say in my ebook, "How to Write Articles for the Internet," if you can write a grocery list you can write an article. You don't have to write like a novelist; just be able to get your ideas across.
WHAT CAN YOU WRITE ABOUT?nn· Something you know how to do-from potty training a ntoddler to weathering a crisis to Internet marketing to web ndesign. You don't have to be an expert-there will always be people ahead of you, but also behind you. n n· Write about a self growth issue and what helped you.nn· Tell us how you solved a problem. I'm a coach and I ncan't find a headset that works. When I get it figured out, I'll share what I learned.nn· Tell us how to navigate holidays and events. These nlife happenings add another "job" to our already busy lives.nn· Interview someone of interest to you and turn that ninto an article.nn· Humor, anecdotes, and quotations.
WHERE TO SUBMIT YOUR ARTICLES?nn· http://www.ideamarketers.com accepts a wide range of narticles-self help, marketing, business, home and family,
Christian, news, how-tos.n· http://www.zinos.com even has a "rant and rave" section.n· http://www.innerself.com and www.self-growth.com need articles about personal development.n· http://www.boconline.com accepts articles about home and small business.n. http://www.topten.org takes Top Tens and quotations.
When you write, it helps you organize your thoughts and feelings and you give other people valuable information at the same time, so express yourself!

You aren't what you think!
A common phrase used in Coaching and therapy is experiencing an “Ah Ha” moment. A thought occurs to you that shifts your universe, you get a different perspective. A basic value that you live by is changed or altered. Everything concerned with your life, relationships, faith or even who you think you are can be effected. It happens in an instant. The roller coaster just reached the top of the ride and then, you just took off! This was mine, yesterday.

Peace + Joy = Meaning of Life
So here we are once again celebrating Christmas. How fast this seems to come around, especially the older I get. Peace and Joy, these are the tools for a meaningful life. I wish you PEACE. Peace in your heart, with your families and friends. Peace in your mind, especially looking toward the future. I wish you JOY. Joy to continually fill your heart. Your mind thinking of joyful things to do with those you love and care about, giving you a reason to get up everyday. This is truly one of the secrets to creating the memories that slow down the passing of time.
