Do you know what the early signs of heart disease are? How do I know if I am headed for a heart attack or stroke? Is there any way to tell? Are there ways to prevent heart disease?
Sobering--Thoughtful--even scary questions. The good news is that there are early signs of heart disease. These markers determine if you are on the road to destruction. They alert you that there could be problems down the road if intervention does not begin.
There are 3 bodies of thought conce
ing the cause of heart disease.
1.Congestive heart failure-Weakened or dead heart muscle tissue.
2.Inflammation, swelling and constriction of the arteries.
3.Arterial blockage or plaque buildup within the arteries
So what do you think are the early signs of heart disease? Cholesterol? Popular thinking would have you believe that--BUT--Not true.
Dr. Ridker an associate professor of medicine at Harvard Medical school discovered that almost 50% of all heart attack victims had normal cholesterol levels.
He did further reserch and discovered a substance in the blood called CRP or C-Reactive protein. CRP is a reliable indicator of inflammation in the body.
The second marker is HCY or homocysteine. Homocysteine is a left over amino acid from the digestion of red meats. Normally this passes by the the urine out of the body. However low levels of folic acid and B12 prevents normal excretion of this damaging amino.
HOW DO I CHECK THESE MARKERS?
Next time you go for a physical check up ask your doctor to add HCY and CRP tests to your blood test profile. They truly are early signs of heart disease. Ask for a copy of the results to be sent to your address. Your lab results should be equal to or less than the following values:
HCY = 10 or lessr
CRP = 4 or less
If levels fall within the ranges above, you are probably OK. If not you have work to do.
GOOD NEWS
The good news is you can reverse and improve ailing heart conditions. There are 3 amino acids and 3 vitamins that could dramatically improve your heart condition.
L-Arginine-- Is the heart hero. This antiaging amino acid produces nitrous oxide which opens and dilates blood vessels and arteries promoting blood circulation. This reduces stroke, arterial plaque and hypertension. It reverses or helps erectile dysfunction and increases sperm count. It promotes HGH production which promotes weight loss, mental acuity or function, builds muscle and promotes bodily repair.
L-Taurine--Strenghthens the heart muscle. It increases the force and effectiveness of heart muscle contractions. It stabilizes irregular heart rhythyms. It is also known to reduce cholesterol, triglycerides, and high blood pressure.
L-Ca
itine--Is necessary for heart muscle functioning, lowers cholesterol and triglycerides, removes waste from cells, enhances energy, transports fat directly to cells for energy which means less fat is stored in the body and arteries.
CoQ10--Strenghthens weakened hearts, protects against blood clots, relieves angina pain, establishes normal heart rhythyms and improves gum texture around teeth.
B12+B6--These 2 work well in combination. This combination reduces HCY levels. B12 is not easily absorbed by the digestive track and is better absorbed sublingually. There are many sublingual variations to select from.

Working Together - We Can Create Friendship, Business and Love
As a member of The National Writers Union for many years, I have been aware of the problems experienced by educated, professional writers. Many have been deprived of their contracted fees. Others have had their writing plagiarized or syndicated without their consent and without payment to the writer by unscrupulous publishers and authors. But the Writers’ Union has done something about that. Jointly, as a group, they have managed to fight for the rights of individual writers.

Reawakening Love Now
Reawakening love IS possible. It happens all the time. Just when you most feel like giving up, letting go and moving on, stop and reevaluate before leaving. Yes, there are some relationships that have truly run their course. Perhaps the reason for connecting no longer exists and both would be happier elsewhere. But very often, two people reach an impassem, an inevitable butting of heads and personality differences, and instead of working through the issues they just give up and leave.

Do you know the 3 causes of all relationship problems?
What do YOU believe are the 3 causes of all relationship problems? * Inadequate Money? * Not enough or too much Sex? * Friends interfering? * Family triangles and intrusions? * Poor communication? * Emotional Imbalance? Relationships are more complex than many of us care to admit. We choose a person who attracts us because of the way they look, behave and feel. And, inevitably, as we get closer and know each other better, those very same previously wonderful qualities can become a thorn in our side.

The Ultimate Virtual Assistant for Your Life, Your Relationships and Your Business
Ever since I began seeing my private therapy and coaching clients, over two decades ago, I have been longing to work with a Virtual Assistant. In fact, I wanted this type of personal assistance to help me cope with my family, my relationships, my career path, and even my health many years before this type of service became available online. When I was single, I would often choose a partner who looked good physically or sounded wonderful at first but proved to be either emotionally or financially bereft – and I thought I had made another “bad” choice.r
