Easing away money troubles with energy healing

Many people suffer from troubles related to money. You never seem to have enough no matter how hard you work or earn. The thing is, you are likely to face money troubles for the rest of your life. But for many people the reality is that you will be okay, no matter how bad things seem to get at one time or another. Using energy healing, you can ease away the stress associated with the many problems caused by money. The following is a guided meditation to help you realign your mind and body, eliminating the toxic energy that caused by stress. Start by finding some music that makes you feel calm and relaxed and adjust it to a quiet volume. You should them dim the lights. If you have a comfort scent, you could also light that candle or aroma to bring yourself an additional sense of calm. Once you have set everything up, you should dim the lights and sit in a comfortable position. Close your eyes half way and begin working through the following steps: 1. Starting with the tips of your fingers, imagine an energy is slowly moving through your body. Think about your money troubles while this energy moves through you. 2. Ensure that the energy travels through every inch of your body. Continue concentrating on your money woes and pay special attention when the energy passes through that area. 3. As the energy passes through the part of your body that contains the stress, allow the energy to absorb it and move it through your body. This may be very painful, but stick with it. 4. When the energy has finished travelling through your body and has collected all of the stress, bring it to your hands. 5. Without opening your eyes, life your palms towards the nearest window or door and imagine that the energy begins to shoot out from your palms like a ray of energy, taking the money trouble away with it. 6. Now consider how all of your current money troubles with clarity and concentrate on the worst thing that could happen. For most people, the worst thing that could happen is not a very serious occurrence and your calmness and clarity of vision will make this apparent to you. 7. Now focus on what is really important in life – your children, your family and friends, your health, your pets, any of those sorts of things. Acknowledge the fact that they will still be there, even if your worst fears of money come true. Once you have completed this energy healing meditation, you should look online for some healing quotes to help ensure that you stay centered around calmness and health. Remember, no matter what is troubling you in the world, the most important things are not related to money or possessions. They are related to happiness and family. If you keep your focus there, you will be able to stay happy and healthy.
