Most people make promises to themselves that they are going to do whatever it takes to lose weight and succeed at it. However an alarming majority do not make it; for a simple reason, their motivation is far too weak. If they do not see results in the first two weeks, they easily lose their focus and become less motivated. They stop doing whatever they have been performing. This is attributed to poor motivation levels.
In the beginning you have to find out why you really want to lose weight. It is best to search deep within yourself for the reason why you want to lose weight successfully so badly.
I am also going to help you out, but not searching for your source of motivation; that can only be done by yourself. However, I can help give you techniques which are going to help you achieve fat loss quickly, so that you will be further encouraged and continue on your journey to a slimmer you!
There is this particular nutrient you are better living without; fructose. Fructose is a chemical found naturally in most fruits as well as sugar cane, but is actually toxic for us. Recent medical research has found that our digestive system simply cannot metabolize fructose the same way like how other sugars are processed. This means that it goes straight to the liver and is turned into fats all around our bodies. It is especially accumulated around your belly area, resulting in what is known as 'love handles'.
By keeping the consumption of fructose to a minimum level in your diet, you should find that fat loss will become much easier for you.
Now that you understand what fructose is and that you should avoid consuming it, you should also learn to identify where it is usually found. It is commonly found in sugar cane. Sugar cane is made up of half fructose and the other half, glucose.
Since most people are addicted to sugar, this also means that you should get rid of this addiction so that you will find it easier to be able to take less of fructose. Sugar is bad for us as it tends to cloud our brain's perception of our satiety levels, causing us to go back for more sugar. To illustrate, you must have experienced times where you just kept taking more and more sweets or chocolate. When you take too high amounts of sugar, your blood sugar levels will spike, causing your metabolism level to slow down and your body to accumulate more fats.
