Dear Loved Ones,

Welcome to Spirituality Inside and Out and the Daily Universal Insights.

Let us change and transform ourselves one by one to create Oneness in the world.

I love you. I love you. I love you. FOR WE ARE ALL ONE.

Bless you.

Embrace Change

Embracing Change can sometimes be hard for us as we associate change with the unknown. And sometimes the unknown is terrifying or disturbing to our inner world. As we live our inner world we create our outer world.

How can we Embrace Change in a time where a big shift in our life is taking place?
Sometimes the change is that our children must change schools and this change is disturbing and creating conflict within them. Other times we are at a place where we have to change jobs and the anticipation of a new environment or a boss can be overwhelming. As well there are times where we have lost a loved one and the change within the home environment is creating much sadness and distress causing de-pression within us.

How can we Embrace Change?
Can we possibly see a change as a change for a good.
Can we possibly see a change as a rebirth?
Can we possibly see a change as a growing experience?
Can we possibly see a change as an invitation to be closer to God?
Can we possibly see a change as our life purpose?
Can we possibly see a change as our cells are being renewed?
Can we possibly see a change as perception?
Can we possibly see a change as a Unity?
Can we possibly see a change as a new paradigm?
Can we possibly see a change as an opportunity?

Once we grasp this idea that Change is Not bad, then we can set ourselves free from the illusion and Embrace all that is knowing that we are Not alone. We have the Universe as our support system through all changes in our lives. The more we practice this knowing the more we are aligned with our True Self and our inner Power to go through all changes and challenges with grace and honor.

Let us honor this time together by being true to ourselves as we are the presence of the light inside and out. With the light within us all things are possible.

Bless you and so it is.

I love you. I love you. I love you.

Please feel free to forward and share these Insights with your family, friends, associates, helpers, boss, teachers, students and enemies to create a space of openness to create Oneness.

May the love and light of God and the Universe surround, protect and heal you, your loved ones and the planet earth.

With Love, Gratitude and Respect,

We’re so inundated with overstimulating input from modern life that simply stopping for a while and experiencing what nature has to offer tends to invoke deep relaxation, and a healing response in the body. It’s as if part of us has been on hold, just waiting for the opportunity to open up and relax. Nature can be the doorway.
