Emotional Healing

Emotional Healing is a very powerful concept. In getting to a place of peace with your past or present, you shift your vibration in a powerful way. You open the door for the Universe to shower you with all things wonderful and uplifting. You are no longer blocking the flow of your well-being by harboring all that negative "sludge" in your vibration. So, how do you resolve the emotional pain/baggage that you carry and turn your wounds into wisdom?

The best way to heal the emotional wounds we carry is to find the gifts in the experience. There is always a gift...always a positive to be had. It can be something you learned about yourself that you didn't know before. If nothing else, it certainly provided you with clarity about what you want because whenever you know what you don't want, you are clearer on what you do want. Once you've garnered all the gifts you gained, making peace with it becomes easier because you now see the value in what you've lived/experienced and how you've grown from it and because of it.

I challenge you to look at the issue you're trying to resolve through the lens of Spirit. Get into a meditative state and ask Spirit to help you uncover the gifts this experience has given to you. Jou
