Empowering Way to Move Past Your Comfort Zone

In what ways have you pushed past your comfort zone with confidence, drive, and a strong desire to move forward into the destiny that is what you came here to do?

Did you know that you can tap into your own adventurous nature and determination so that you can do whatever is before you in this moment of now?

As you are focusing on each and every thought I give you in this moment you might be taking your first steps in some kind of physical or emotional recovery. Then again you might be beginning a new relationship or simply renewing a previous one.

Yet, in this moment of now, I want you to take a deep breath in and as you exhale know that you can do anything that you set your heart on.

You may find it interesting to notice that when you search your soul, that the Divine Presence within you will provide you with whatever is needed in order to step forward with confidence.

And it is that confidence in the Divine Presence within you that will allow you to take on any challenge or adventure that will ultimately lead to you reclaiming the abundant life that you were created to live.

Feel yourself relax more and more with each passing breath as you allow the following words from the Bible resonate within you...

"God is able to provide you with every blessing in abundance." -Corinthians 9:8

And I want you to understand, just understand that every blessing that you seek is within you. All the Love, Joy and Peace is within you and the more you connect with that Love, Joy and Peace within you the more you will begin to notice it being created in the exte al world as well.

In what ways can you begin to connect to all that Love, Joy, and Peace that is within you in abundance?

Believe it or not, when you find yourself practicing meditation on a daily basis you are actually creating a pathway that allows you to tap into that Love, Joy and Peace that is residing within you in abundance.

And if that wasn't enough you will also be glad to know that Yoga Nidra is a guided mediation technique that you experience while lying down which will allow you to tap into the deepest states of your Being which is where Love, Joy and Peace happen to reside within you which means the more often you connect with the practice of Yoga Nidra the more empowered you become to shape and create your own life.
