May I Suggest - Susan Werner
Every day, the Divine finds ways to remind me that I'm loved and enough. The latest was a pamphlet that was on the ground of the supermarket -- God Loves You!
And yet, despite all these signs and support, I still sometimes take the train to "not enoughville." I make choices based on the lie (that I'm not enough) rather than based on the truth (that I'm enough).
I could spend a lifetime trying to figure out why, but the solution isn't in my head. The solution isn't in logic. The solution to feeling, expressing and acting from enough is within my heart, Soul and with the Divine.
It is key to practice being in the energy of enough. I utilize the following tools with the support of my Soul (via my Soul Language Team).
Divine Intelligence, show me in my body what it feels like to know that I'm enough!
And, if I have to say this statement a 100 times a day, I say it a 100 times a day.
Here are some questions to ask your Soul (via your Soul Language team).
Create a conscious connection between you and your Soul via your Soul Language team sitting across from you with knees touching. (You will notice that this is new. No more table between you and them. Remember your Soul Languages are inside of you).
Now, ask the following questions:
"What action, task, relationship, story do I keep repeating that supports the lie that I'm not enough?"
"How can my Soul Language Team support the truth that I'm enough?"
Now, ask the Divine:
"What can I energetically add into the relationship between myself and the Divine to support the truth that I'm enough?"
