If you are anything like most people your daily tasks at home may range from picking up toys or caring for the ones you love. Your work duties may be anything from the mundane, trivial or essential.

And no matter what your day's activities may bring you if you are seriously interested in discovering and experiencing that inner peace within you might be surprised to know that allowing yourself to accomplish your daily activities with Love and Joy is the gateway to that Inner Peace.

Second by second allow yourself to experience relationships that might present a challenge at times to be experienced in this moment directly and lovingly so that you may experience that Inner Peace that is within you.

Each morning upon rising you can allow any rifts from the past or conce s about the future to diminish in importance so that you can be open to holding positive expectations for each and every interaction of this day.

Once you have Begun to realize that every decision, every choice, every relationship brings a gift of Inner Peace or an opportunity to strengthen your resolve to Inner Peace. You can begin to allow yourself to gratefully accept each one knowing that the Divine Presence within you will guide you into creating your world with Love, Joy and Peace.

By implanting this information in your mind by reading this you have begun to realize what a blessing you have to experience that Inner Peace within you with each task and relationship you experience.

But that's just part of the story.

While it is indeed true that allowing yourself to experience each activity and relationship throughout your day with a sense of Love, Joy and Peace will lead to that Inner Peace that you desire you also recognize that you need more than just that.

That's why you will be glad to know that when you begin each day with the practice of meditation you are actually opening up and creating the pathways towards Inner Peace that you want and that the more often you connect with these pathways the more empowered you become to shape and create your own life in a state of Love, Joy and Peace both within and without.
