Finger Print Machines and Biometric Machines are testament of superior technology being used in industry these days. Both of them have their own tasks to fulfill, and both have a fan base equally large as the other. The main thing to note here is the technology used in both may be same, but the purpose for which they might get used are completely different. The Latest Finger Print Machine comes in various formats. Most of these are highly enticing. The AC-1000 is a compact finger print machine with a slim design. It also has a card identification access control system. It is categorically used as a VIRDI RF/Smart Card Authentication System widely applicable to various business solutions through TCP/IP networked application software. The AC-3000 is another highly empowered biometric device, honored with being the 1st ever slim design fingerprint recognition access controller. The AC-4000 is an upgraded new generation technology of its former, which offers convenience and design benefits through LCD, LED and Adjacent Sensor Technology. The AC-6000 is a high end finger print terminal. It boasts of a large color touch screen, and comes embedded with a digital camera and a rapid processor. The biometric machines are primarily used for maintaining time, attendance and system records, through the finger and thumb impression technology. They help stop proxy attendances and help produce exact timings for every employee. This can further be integrated with the payroll system and salaries are calculated accordingly. Some of the flagship features in biometric machines include the LED, verification speed, resolution, sensing area, Ethernet, finger print storage of up to 10 fingers for 3 samples each, door lock facility, a supply voltage of 12 to 24 VDC, Power Consumption of less than 5 Watts, a robust operating environment etc. The technology used in a biometric device includes foolproof security with advanced fingerprint minutiae matching, fast verification speed of less than a second, 100 per cent success rate, multiple finger prints registration per person, both verification and identification modes etc. There is a very strong reason behind installing such Biometric Devices within the facilities of huge organizations. Fact of the matter is that there are, and this is applicable for every company out there, plenty of rogue employees who shirk work and keep [procrastinating all the time. They never report on time. They come late, and leave early. In case if there is an attendance monitoring register, they always find ways to manipulate the person maintaining them. This ultimately becomes a huge concern to address for the organization. A lot of valuable time is being lost out, one that can be made productive if used nicely. For this very reason, to identify all those employees who keep dodging the management and think they can get away with these cheap parlor tricks all the time, the biometric devices are installed and put into place. The finger print machine and other biometric machines ensure there is no dodging and nobody gives the management or supervisors monitoring employee timings a slip. They have become indispensable, and have also made way for many warranted attritions.

One of the most critical factors in ensuring stable and high-quality production for injection moulding is controlling mould temperature. This is where mould temperature controllers come into play. Specifically, the cooling process is just as necessary as the heating process in optimizing the efficiency and output of an injection moulding system. Calculating mould temperature controller cooling is critical to maximizing performance and preventing defects such as warping, uneve
