I’m often asked, “How do you do it -All?” Now, I do have a full private mentor client load, 20 members in each EnergyRICH® Business Boot Camp, write a newsletter weekly, attend many events, give teleseminars, present speaking engagements and even more behind the scenes. And, yes, while I do have a great support team (thanks gals – and guy!) there is a lot that is hands-on-by-me and it’s the systems I have in place that allow me to get “it” all done and create new opportunities all the time. All without feeling overwhelmed (I don’t know about you, but I really HATE that feeling.).
There are dozens of time management techniques out there. But here are 5 of my top fave straight from my bookma rks bar favorite tools that save me tons of time and energy – on a regular basis. Yes, I’m giving them to you right now! All are free or very small fee and totally awesome practical productivity tools you can put into action right now – starting today to see improvements in your productivity. Yay for starting 2010 on the right foot!
1. Shorten Those URLs
Be sure your e-zine readers, clients and e-mail recipients can easily get an URL that you are sending to them. Remember some of those URLs are really, really long! You’ll save lots of space shortening the URL and your client can still read it as they click to open it.
This tip is also great for posting links at your Facebook page, Twitter or other favorite social networking sites.

2. Format Your Text
With this tip, you’ll keep e-mail text nice and tight in even, easy-to-read rows. In my shopping cart system, I can’t send out text that is longer than 60 characters – the system doesn’t send it properly. Aligning that message me ans it goes through and clients can read what I am sending easily and effectively.

3. Track Your Ranking
If you’ve heard people say that the ‘net is like a popularity contest sometimes’ – they’re right! You want to know if people are visiting your website. Check your visitor ranking quickly by dropping by Alexa:

4. Craft Powerful Headlines for Your Sales Copy
I confess: this is one of my favorite tips to share with you! Writing a powerful headline for your sales copy is a real gem. I’ll admit som etimes it’s not a time-saver because you can get a bit obsessed with using this awesome tool. But having the perfect headline for your sales copy has been proven to be successful for getting you great results time and time again.

Your Call To Action:
1. Decide to create systems to support your daily productivity.
2. Start by noticing what isn’t working right now – where you spend too much time or find yourself distracted.
3. Don’t beat yourself up about this, rage about it or bang your head against the wall. Just notice that this is an area of “conflicting energy” for you right now.
4. Be grateful for this “conflicting energy”. It’s here to show you the exact next area of needed change in your business.
5. Choose one step you can take or tool you can put in place to begin to shift this energy and move into greater productivity.

Is Nice Energy Sabotaging Your Business?
I’ll share with you that when I first started in business the image of a leader that I brought with me was an authority figure who has the power to hurt those that are following them. This was because I was so used to being around authority figures who were coming from a place of leading through fear (I came out of the very toxic public school system). I knew I didn’t want that in my business.
