Forex Definitions For Newbies

I want to write the definitions of several terms which every trader should be aware and make them aware, to have a successful trade. Forecast - to make a suggestion for future event. Noone can know with certainty what would be the development of certain phenomenon in the future. All forecasts for the future can only be suppositions. Development of any future event can be expressed just as likely, but not sure. Chance - to have more evidence for certain thing to happen than to not to happen. The whole activity of trading and investing is based on probabilities and never safety. As technical analysts our job is to make sure that opportunities for success are on our side. This means to strive to include these market places where we have high probability of success and eliminate the possibility of low price. Speculation - seek to make large profits, entering into something risky. The reason why we accept the higher risk markets as speculative trade is expecting a much bigger profit. Probability. Any possible manifestation of a future event is to some extent unpredictable, and therefore no method of technical analysis is without risk. Risk - to be exposed to loss. The task for us as traders and investors is to reduce the existing anyway chance of loss. Exposure to the minimum capital - risk currencies in which we can endure to see if you win by the employee's position on the market. Or in other words "we must pay to log into the game." Sequence - to stick to principles without hesitation, who built, in a red. Like traders and investors we should be consistent in our plan. With no sequence to follow one can not be profitable. A plan or method of action, developed before taking this deystvie. The plan is a very important part of our work as traders and investors, or otherwise said, "If you fail to plan, plan to fail." By definition with what I wrote above I want to say that trading is like any other business.If our attitude is professional, acquire the necessary knowledge and adhere to the principles necessary for our success, then we will be successful.
