Pop sensation, Bone Thugs –N- Harmony sing about the cross roads of life. In their very popular tune, they ask "whatcha gonna do when there ain't no where to run?" Their answer, "...we pray, and we pray, and we pray...every day..." Is this how you feel sometimes? Suddenly, we're at the cross roads of our own lives, and we aren't sure where to turn. Running away is not an option, and we must face what lies affront of us. Did you ever think that perhaps these cross roads have come before you for a reason? Sometimes, inevitable changes are what encourage us to move ahead in life. Instead of fighting the cross roads of your life, allow them to lead you in a new and prosperous direction. The metaphorical cross roads that often catch us unaware empowers us to do more with what we already have. We learn that acceptance is better than denial, and with acceptance comes balance. We discover balance when we embrace our "cross roads" of life. When you've reached your cross roads, it's a signal that it's time to wake up and move beyond the place where you are at this present moment in life. Like every scene of good play, you must fold the curtains and go onto the next stage toward your destiny. Are you ready? Bone Thugs –N- Harmony were right about praying every day. Praying and/or meditation can be helpful in these sometimes stressful situations. The more we focus on real resolutions and the potential that exists beyond the metaphorical cross roads we face, chances are that not only will we overcome this breaking point, but we also move beyond it to explore many more opportunities that we may not have otherwise known. Allow this pinnacle to be a time in your life for you to re-acquaint yourself with who you are, where you're going, and why you want to get to the next level. When you get past the cross roads, you realize that you're right on track with the new and improved YOU. We’re so inundated with overstimulating input from modern life that simply stopping for a while and experiencing what nature has to offer tends to invoke deep relaxation, and a healing response in the body. It’s as if part of us has been on hold, just waiting for the opportunity to open up and relax. Nature can be the doorway.
