Get Rid of Old Patterns: How to Clear Out What No Longer Serves You

Do you notice patterns in your life? Sometimes you may find yourself in a similar circumstance but with different people. Perhaps you notice a particular behavior and are now see the emotion it creates. You may have even tried to change and not succeeded. These are patterns which may be learned from your parents or they could go further back, to your ancestral family. Or maybe it’s a past life lesson. Wouldn’t it be useful to know? Awareness is key A friend shared with me that while in the middle of an argument with her mother, she had a powerful realization. “I saw clearly that I was trying to make her feel bad for not meeting my expectations,” she said. “And that's exactly what she did to me when I was a girl.” While this enormous awareness offered a chance to break a pattern with her mother, the truth is that this behavior didn't begin with her mother. It's likely been passed down through generations and possibly from other lives. We all have ancestral patterns that create confusion and suffering, and keep us feeling stuck when we try so hard to move forward. Wouldn't it be great if what we needed to dissolve these patterns could show up at exactly the right time? Where to find the answers The Akashic Records are an invaluable resource in helping to identify and clear ancestral beliefs and unconscious energy.
