Most people make the mistake of believing that performing lots of abdominal specific exercises is the best way to get a flat stomach quickly. However, the secret does not only lie there, but also your diet. Eating habits play a big role in how your stomach looks.
A good way to get you started is to consider the following small dietary changes.
First of all, when you eat chicken, you should remove chicken skin. Removing the skin from chicken breasts is a good way to reduce the amount of fats you consume.
Next, you should avoid salted peanuts. Salt will hold onto water, resulting in water retention effect where you will look puffy and fat.
