Whole bean flour - 1/3 cupr
Cornstarch - 1/3 cupr
Sorghum flour - 1 1/3 cupr
Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoonr
Sugar - 1/2 cupr
Baking powder - 1 teaspoonr
Salt - 1 /4 teaspoonr
Cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoonr
Raisins - 1 cupr
Applesauce - 1 1/2 cupr
Apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoonr
Egg whites - about 2
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, grease the baking pan or loaf pan lightly. Mix in a bowl all the dry ingredients and use a whisk to blend thoroughly. Afterward, combine all the liquid ingredients, using a separate bowl. When blended well, combine the dry and liquid mixture and mix well to remove lumps. Pour the batter in the loaf pan and cook for an hour or when the bread is set and the wooden toothpick comes out clean. Wait for the bread to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread

Rice flour - 1 1/2 cupsr
Whole bean flour - 1 1/2 cupsr
Nutmeg - 1 teaspoonr

Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoonr
Baking soda - 2 teaspoonsr
Honey - 1 cupr
Pureed pumpkin (canned) - 2 cupsr
Xanthum gum - 3 teaspoonsr
Water - 1/2 cupr
Corn oil - 1 cupr
Eggs - about 4 pieces
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and sprinkle some flour two loaf pans. Blend all the dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk all the liquid ingredients, including the pumpkin. Then, make a well at the centre of the ingredients and add one egg at a time. Mix well before adding in the liquid mixture. Pour the batter into the loaf pans and bake for about 50 to 60 minutes. Cool the bread in a wire rack and slice before serving.
