Funny story here. Last week, I coached a colleague in the U.K. to get ready for his presentation on entrepreneurship. I’m on west coast time. He’s in London. With the time difference, he was able to do practice exercises and trial runs. By timing and sequencing our coaching sessions, he could learn a new skill, practice it, and test it.
