Hair is a reflection of diet and emotional state. In the case of stress or of an unbalanced diet, hair may become dry and full of crust, which can cause hair loss. It helps to create and re-grow hair, maintain its vitality and prevent its fall.
A healthy diet improves the problem of hair loss and poor scalp condition. It helps to get shiny and healthy hair. High levels of sugar, fat, iron, zinc, magnesium, vitami
B and protein help improve the health of hair follicles and reduce the risk of hair loss.
When it comes to one’s diet, hair loss as previous stated in the above paragraph, is sometimes associated with a deficiency of zinc, magnesium, calcium, vitami
B or iron. Dietary supplements treat hair problems and hair loss for at least 3 months (a mandatory period) to stimulate the blood circulation of hair.
Dietary supplements improve the microcirculation of capillaries and limit the inflammation that precedes hair loss. Vitamins from the B group, zinc, amino acids and sulfur create the necessary keratin for hair growth.
As mentioned in the first paragraph, our emotional state, too much stress can cause one to lose hair. Of course, it is recommended one may need to see a therapist to help one cope when it comes to extreme stress. Other methods to reduce environmental stress are listed below:
• Exercise increases circulation everywhere, including the scalp. Take a walk daily.
• Be gentle to one’s hair. When it’s wet, use a wide-toothed comb to separate the strands, or, if possible, let one’s hair dry completely before combing it into place. Do not use a blow dryer, and don’t dye one’s hair or use bleach on it. If one wishes to pull their hair back, do so loosely and use a special coated elastic that won’t grip the individual strands and pull them out.
• Sleep is essential for hair renewal and growth. Try to get eight hours a night, or more, if that’s what one’s body needs.
