Many people who suffer from debilitating high levels of anxiety and especially health anxiety and fears related to their heart have a very difficult time starting an exercise program, mainly because the common physical bodily sensations that exercise brings on mirrors a full blown panic attack in many ways, but what if you gradually stepped out of your comfort area and into what you fear, what if you could add enough fun and variety to your daily exercise routine and also chip away for 30 days? How would you feel? More importantly would that potentially get you on the path to overcoming your fears? Could the confidence you gain from those 30 days keep you wanting more and eventually lead to starting a full exercise program that becomes addicting? The answer is Yes and Yes, I’ve seen it done over and over and now It’s your chance to take control of your mental and physical health and build routines and habits that your mind and body will thank you for greatly.
To accomplish this 30 day exercise challenge you will need to do some serious planning as to WHEN might be the best time to begin and accomplish a challenge (depending on your schedule), if at all possible make sure you do your challenge in the morning to give yourself a huge metabolism boost for the entire rest of the day.
The routines you partake in from following the 30 day exercise challenge will completely set you free in many ways, an emotional lift as well as controlling your current weight are just a few benefits, but even more importantly the connection you will link up in your mind that exercise = potential risk of heart attack (health anxiety) will be totally reversed and the opposite will be true where NOT exercising = potential heart attack risk, so lets get started and have some fun along the way!
