“What we sow, we shall definitely reap”. This principle can also be applied to the response of our minds in relation to our eating habits. When we clean up our diets, we also clean up our minds. It is like sowing good seeds to reap good fruits. When we choose clean food and organic as often as possible, when we refuse to take in all that other crap, therefore, our minds will be cleaner too. On the other hand, when we indulge ourselves eating dead processed foods, we may fall in the trap of reaping the consequences like losing control of our emotions which may result to anger, irritability, frustration, stress and depression.

About the Author
Trained as a Raw Foods Chef and in Advanced EFT, plus a few other modalities and having been on the health path for many years came after struggling with disordered eating, the barrage of misinformation around diets and trying many different ways of eating.
Eating healthier, more raw, having a good relationship with food and yourself is not only the best way to live and be but also that this is the healthiest and simplest way of eating and being, I feel.
I also love to make healthy raw dishes and share them family and friends who can't believe it's raw.
