There are so many ways that we can be healthy at work. But sometimes it's hard to find the time. So I enjoy the small things that I'm able to do. If you sit at a desk, do a little yoga stretching. Not to mention that it will also help wake up your Mind. Always remember to get a good night's rest The day before. This is going to have a significant impact on how your day will go. Shut off all electronics an hour before bed. This way, you will have a much deeper sleep. So when you wake up the next morning, you will feel like you have a new set of batteries, and you're ready to go. If you don't get that deep sleep, you will be so tired the next day and can hardly function. Then you are going to be drinking coffee. The thing about coffee is that it will wake you up to a point. But you are still going to have that tired feeling. So it will not do you much good. You're always going to want to have water by you. Drinking enough water daily will take the place of coffee. I have found this out myself and also try to stay away from any kind of sodas. Not to mention that they are just not g for you anyway. At the same time, all that sugar will make you crash at the same time. So always have water on your desk or Close by you. Try to get as much fresh air as you can even try to open a window. Fresh air will always Do you right. Sun will also help you, so if you can, take a walk on your break. It helps you wake up, plus you get a little more exercise during your day. That is good if you are trying to lose weight and build muscle as well. Even if you're not trying to do that, it's still good to get out and take that walk. Healthy eating is something else that you are going to want to do. Grab a healthy snack and put down the chips. Yes, I understand it's tough to do that. But there is one snack I love the most, and that's apples and peanut butter. And it also helps you feel food as well. It's small things like this that will do a lot of good for you. Not only does it help your body but also your mind. Remember to drink plenty of water to go With your snack. Remember always to keep a proper computer posture. If you are slouched over you’re going to end up getting a bad back if you don’t Already have one, which is never fun because then you will have to change your daily routine, which is never fun and is hard to do when you have one already set in place. Always remember to keep your hands washed and also have hand sanitizer at your desk as well. If you get sick, then you will have to miss work, and no one wants that. It's small things like this that will go a long way. No matter how little something is, it will have a significant impact on what you are doing. Always keep that in mind. If you need extra help, you can always ask a friend or even google new ways to stay healthy. Also, if work is a little stressful, you can always take a deep breath to help Calm you down. Taking a deep breath is also suitable for your body. I hope this has helped inform you. And I wish you the best of luck in your workplace.
