Life's Never-Ending Cycle
Written by Ed Hirsch
Are others in your life at a different level of awareness than you are? Does this impact how you should interact with each person individually?
Have you ever heard about the concept of *reading* a person? When you are physically with, or are just on the phone, or even in email dialogue ... it is extremely important to put our feet in their shoes and try to relate to what circumstances they are dealing with in that particular moment in time.
*Seek First To Understand, Then To Be Understood* writes Stephen R. Covey from The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
How can we ever expect to teach others about our product and service when they have different priorities to tend with?
Isn't it true that we all have different priorities?
People's priorities change as time passes, so it is good to keep up with your prospect's and business partner's changing priorities ... as well, of course, as your own.
I have often asked myself why things occur as they do over time. Why was something very popular and earned tons of money last year, or last decade, and now, it is virtually obsolete ... no interest whatsoever (did the market place's priorities change)? This is an important question because if you are marketing a business, you want the demand to last a very long time. Otherwise you will be out of business and will have to start over from square one in a new business and perhaps a different industry.
Here is my *Life's Never-Ending Cycle* Theory ...
1. Set Goals
2. Discipline Yourself To Achieve
3. Get Bored With The Routine Effort 4. Lose Focus
5. Lose Momentum
6. Realize The Time You Wasted
7. Get Scared That Your Life Will Always Be The Same
8. Re-Set Goals, Re-Discipline And Begin the Cycle Again
How many times have you repeated this Cycle in your Business endeavors?
Break this Cycle immediately and stop yourself after #2. Each DAY is similar to your entire life ... a microcosm ... a mini lifetime. You have 86,400 seconds each 24 hour period to utilize as optimally as possible to make your life the way you want it. Beginning in the morning, Set Goals and then Discipline Yourself To Achieve them all during the course of the day.
Discipline = Freedom
*From the moment you set your sights on a goal and start to take action, you begin to reap its rewards. The actual attainment is only the final reward -- there are many more along the way*-- Ralph S. Marston, Jr.
Each Sunday I rack my brain to present my perspective on creating success to help YOU get it. I come up with whatever language I can to express my inner most beliefs which have helped me to reach this awareness. The awareness I am speaking about will help you too as you struggle with your own personal search for whatever you've made your mind up to search for ... fame, fortune, love, money, self.
Cut yourself FREE from Life's Never-Ending Cycle and explore your world of possibility. nnn

How Solar Appointments Drive Brand Expansion and Customer Trust
The Evolution of the Doorstep Handshake In the early days of the renewable energy boom, the transition to solar power was often viewed as a purely transactional event.
