Your mind is a crazy place at the moment, isn't it? Full of wonderings and wishings and uncertainties and ups and downs and you feel out of control in your mind at the moment. And yet, it is all within your control. Your brain can only take you where you let it take you. It is on you, honey! You are born to impact many... To serve them with your business, with yuor message, with YOU! Yuo have something unique to say but you get caught up with believing lies about yourself... You are your own worst enemy when it comes to deliberately designing a life of fulfilment, wealth, happiness. It takes discipline, honey. Discipline to rein your mind in, when it is tempted to wonder off in random directions... Discipline to state and restate affirmations and beliefs that you choose to take on board... Discipline to start the day from a place of deliberate design, rather than a reactive state where everyone else's agenda takes precedence over yours... And it is not hard... It is simply the case of installing new habits... Wake up earlier than others... Get your journal out... Brain dump and then, change the thoughts needs changing... Take the new thoughts and beliefs into the day and refuse to stray away from them... Do it consciously, deliberately... And create freedom for yourself... Because this way of acting, of being is stifling... It is fucked up a lot of the time... You know, in your more powerful moments, that you are born for more... But you struggle to get there though you do the exte al work... Now it is time to do the clarity work, the internal work... Time to get past the nonsense in your head and to see that you can change it all. But there is no miracle button... There is you, doing the work daily until it becomes second nature to do the work and then you carry on doing it. Forming new habits of thought... Acting from those new ways of thinking...
