The first thing you must know is that the metabolism works a lot better in the morning. Therefore, you should always consider this before eating a midnight snack that will almost immediately transform into fat. Then you have to make sure your metabolism is optimized so it can burn fat all day. For your metabolism to be at its best, you have to sleep at least 7 hours everyday. You must also make sure your breakfast is the biggest meal of your day. This will get your metabolism going and it will then burn fat for you all day.
Lunch should be medium sized and diner should be the smallest meal of your day. Vegetables and a small sized steak are perfect for diner. Then, in the rest of the evening you should not eat anything else because your metabolism will be slower and will burn less fat.
If you can't wait until the morning to eat, then the only thing you should consider eating are vegetables because they're so low in calories it won't make a difference plus, they're very good for your health. Just remember that your metabolism needs help from you to work at its best. Keep in mind that you should take advantage of it by eating more in the morning and a lot less in the evening. If you do that, you will lose weight because your body will be able to burn more fat everyday.
