We all have lived through many types of losses. Some of us handle it better than others and, there is nothing wrong with that. In today's economy, people are losing jobs, insurance, their cars, their homes, their family's, their good health; much of it due to stress. People are unable to deal with so much stress, at times hurting themselves or others. How do we deal with it all? Well, one important way is to eat a healthy diet and exercise. We need to de-stress in healthy ways. Another way is to understand that grieving any and all loss is normal and necessary.

We need to grieve and acknowledge our losses. We need to be able to talk about them, whatever they may be. This is where life coaching comes into play. Life coaching is a very exciting way to help us move forward and cope with loss. Many times we feel we don't want to talk about our problems with family and friends due to feeling we are a burden. In many cases, it is not felt that you are being a burden. This is something we place on ourselves. Talking with a coach can help you sort out your feelings to an objective bystander who can help you move past the hurting. The caoch can be a sounding board for whatever you want to say without feeling like a burden. With a life coach, you have no boundaries of what you want to say. You can be completely yourself and get your feelings out.

Once you are able to release your fears and feelings, the coach can ask you questions that can help you move forward with your life after the loss. It can be questions about your goals. Helping you with goals. What do you want now? How can you get it? What can you do now? What will you be accountable for? With talking out your feelings you can accept and move past the loss. Then, with these types of questions, you can think about what you truly want and how you are going to get there. The coach can guide you on your path to the life you want and deserve. With the coach, you do not need to feel alone in the process. You are free to discover who it is that you want to be and do with your life.
