How Do Successful People Change Their Reality?

If you are like most people, you might have already wasted countless hours and effort trying to change your reality, without success.
The surprising truth is that when successful people want to change their reality, they focus their energy on only ONE thing - and before long, they get better results and dramatically improve every aspect of their lives.
Let me show you how it's done!
First, let's take a look at the two major components that directly affect your results - your thoughts and your actions.
In his masterpiece As a Man Thinketh, James Allen said, "Action is the blossom of thought, and joy and suffering are its fruit."
Every action you take springs directly from the seeds of your thoughts, and the result you get, whether it's joy or suffering, is the fruit of your actions.
Breaking this process down into its simplest form - Thought - Action - Result - leads to an inevitable and important conclusion...
Your thoughts are the root cause of all the results you get. Therefore, CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS to change your reality.
That concept is what drives successful people into action. They know that their thoughts shape their reality, and that if they want better results instantly they must fix what is broken in their OWN MINDS. Complaining and blaming are not a part of their world.
Those successful people pluck out the thoughts that hinder them from moving forward, and replace them with powerful new ones. It really is that simple - but as it's often said, common sense is not always common practice.
If you know of any other formula for changing your reality, great! Do it and tell me about your results! But if you want to avoid endless hours or years of trial and error, follow the tracks that other successful people have left behind - Thought - Action - Result - and remember that only YOU have the power to change your thoughts, and therefore change your reality.
What you've just read is a simple demonstration of the natural law of cause and effect. The cause of your reality are your thoughts. Your thoughts drive your actions, which in turn lead to the results you get.
Your mind is like a garden, and to reap good fruit, you must plant good seeds. That is what the smart farmer knows by nature - change the quality of the seeds and you will change the quality of the fruit.
Start planting your mind with quality thoughts. Immerse yourself in the ideas of successful people, and soak them up like a sponge. Before you know it, you'll practically have a brand new life!
Weed out those negative, useless thoughts and fix what's broken in your OWN MIND - because your mind holds the secret key that will unlock the door to a prosperous new reality.

What is your handshake worth?
My business gives me the opportunity to work with many wonderful people as a client and as a supplier of services. Some time back however, I found myself doubting. I have been doubting other people and their integrity. I found myself in the position where I was filtering all my interactions through the polarising lens of a few souring experiences. In this space and sense of doubting others I had felt unable to create words or metaphors which could possibly be of service to you. So what changed? Frankly, Brett Godfrey did.

Leaders Tell a Story
In the last week I have worked with 2 different people who are struggling to get their message across. They each have an idea and are being blocked by another persons’ apparent stubbornness. In each case when they analysed what was happening they discovered that the other person was not in fact being stubborn, but they were reacting emotionally to an inexpertly delivered message. What to do if you are being blocked.

Delegating - Only Do what Only you Can do
Several of my coaching clients have requested support with either time management or work life balance When we have a discovery conversation on their challenge there is generally much more to discuss on the topic of insufficient delegation. They're keeping excessive responsibilities, authority and duty to their and their company's detriment. Consequently they under perform at their own level. They hold themselves back or suffer from a lack of balance in their lives with too many hours at work.
