I'm not your average "Barbie Doll" model. In fact, if it weren't for my feminine looks and soft toned voice, people would think I was a Navy SEAL or male head of a country, judging from my "guy" personality.

Most of my friends are either in the police, military or run multi-million dollar businesses, even dabbling in government affairs and politics. I inspire them when they're up. I encourage them when they're down. One thing I never do is discourage or deter them.

It's true that most of my friends are guys, and yes I do tend to act like "one of the guys", but even if I weren't happily married, which I am, my friends are actually drawn to me by anything but the fact that I am a centerfold model. Why is that? I would say because of my strong will and inspirational spirit...

According to my friends, some of their favorite quotes by me are:

"Don't fear the fight...Fight the fear..."

"Changing the world starts within."

"Belief is only the beginning..."

I don't like being labeled a woman, as sadly many people tend to identify women as being the weaker sex. But honey, I'm far from weak...

I am a firm believe
in developing and using inner strength and power to obtain whatever it is that one wishes for in life. And having a persistent, militant attitude is what inevitably enables success. Surely nations cannot be wrong with their lion-like approach...if only they knew the fact that lions do not attack for money and greed, but instead sustenance and protection.

Perhaps I've learned to channel a silent warrior or animal from one of my past lives or simply know how to invoke the fiery inner god I know is within me. Nevertheless, I always tell my friends to:

1.) Understand that one's drive to obtain success is not only acceptable, but crucial for our evolving humanity.

2.) Channel your inner warrior, and only then will you know not to just run wild, but instead move steadily in peace with purpose.

3.) The energy from our ancient ancestors is very much strong and alive within us, giving us guidance and hope for a better future.

4.) In order to make life better for our self as well as those we care about, we must embrace love first, not ego or ambition.

When one has inner peace and love, also knowing and accepting one's inner strengths and weaknesses, that is when the light force and energy generated from one's spirit can grow and develop towards its truest and finest potential.

You are greater than your body's limit. But remember to nurture your body, never pushing it to the limit. The highest and holiest trinity for divinity and enlightenment of humanity is a happy and healthy mind, body, and spirit. Your mind is infinite in regards to its capabilities. Your body is what physically takes you where you want to go in this world. Your spirit is what channels you to your desired destiny. Think outside the box and you will own everything else beyond it.

One of the most difficult and challenging parts of maintaining optimum strength is realizing that it's natural to sometimes feel vulnerability and weakness. That is when a warrior must retreat, reflect, then regenerate like a rising phoenix. A favorite quote I created for inspiring others via one of my inspirational web sites is:

"From the depths of humanity's spirit, out of the heaven and hell within one's soul, I will rise above the ashes of the raging, fiery destruction caused by any and all, regenerating my own mind, body, and power to become greater than ever, a powerhouse of spiritual, celestial, and magical existence."

According to Ancient Greek mythology, a phoenix is an omnipotent bird that ete
ally regenerates and is forever reborn. That said, it is no wonder or coincidence that the great phoenix is a mystical creature displayed as a symbolic representation for many a powerful bureaucracy or institution.

In closing, there is no magic or mystery to being strong...unless you truly enjoy making others wonder with magic or mystery in how strong you might seem. What it really comes down to is belief, as when you believe in something, you can do anything.

Do I love helping others with my inspirational words? Indeed...Have I helped or inspired you today with what I had to say? Well, if so, than it was certainly worth it...

Simmering just below most people's awareness most of the time is an instinct for not making a mistake, not being wrong. It can be a quiet but steady unease that makes a person less comfortable in his own skin.

The lanky blond man bends to come in the door of the deposition room. I am there with my Stenograph set up ready to go. It's always best when an expert witness is the first to arrive: You can chitchat with him, put him at ease, find out what he is an expert in and how he talks, because you are responsible to write it down sensibly. I ask for his curriculum vitae (a resume of sorts). Here is a list single-spaced in small print of a page and a half of death-defying stunts: Evel Knievel he was--stuntman, fire jumper, demolition . . . and him barely thirty years old.

You sense it. It's a program running in the background that you are about as conscious of as you are of your refrigerator running or your own breathing. But when you least expect it, spiritual reality intrudes and grabs the spotlight like a car accident intrudes upon a normal afte oon, often bequeathing you a new perspective. Or sometimes there is a quiet moment imbued with an ill-defined super-reality that you long to revisit. Maybe a deja-vu; maybe a breakthrough; or is it just one of those daydreams in which the colors of the scene around you seem altered?
