How I Washed Out My Sinus Infection?

I thought you might be interested in learning what I used to address my sinus infection. If so, read on...

I'll keep it short and sweet.

Materials I used:

• Neti Pot, warm water, and (Colloidal) Silver Shield to do a nasal cleanse.

Here is how I did it (in the morning and at night):

• Poured warm (NOT HOT) water into the Neti Pot (about 3 ounces)
• Put 1 capful of (Colloidal) Silver Shield into the water.
• Used the Neti Pot to pour the contents into each nasal passage (one at a time, of course)
• That's it.

Forewa ing, if you are planning on doing this yourself, make sure you know that it may sting a bit and eyes may get a bit red and watery for a few minutes. However, this process is what I attribute to helping me eliminate the sinus infectio I was starting to experience.
