It seems like every new 'six pack abs' fitness equipment promises immediate results but all of them seem to fail. This is one of the biggest reasons why you probably do not believe in getting a six pack abs anymore.
However, getting those ripped abdominal muscles is very possible. Best of all, there is no need for expensive equipment at all!
The single biggest problem when it comes to training your stomach is the amount of contradicting information on the approaches to adopt. There is not one perfect training method; different things work for different people. But the high volume of varying opinions often confuses people to the point of giving up because they do not know where to start.
While you can have one source telling you that some people just cannot develop their abs, another one can tell you the opposite. This is similar to those people who have a fit friend advising you to take the latest supplements while your work colleagues tell you to avoid them like the plague. There is not just one correct method of working out. Even in today's fitness landscape, although things are becoming more scientific, lots of it still comes down to trial and error.
While each exercise routine should be specific to your body, the basics of fitness remain the same.
Below, you will see a very basic yet super effective abdominal workout designed to strip body fat from your stomach region and develop stronger muscles in your core. By doing this, you will finally achieve the physique you have always been trying to achieve. Better still, the whole workout can be completed in as little as three minutes.
The three exercises to be performed are mountain climbers, ninety degree crunches as well as a plank variation where you be staying in that stationary position with your hands supporting instead of the typical forearms and wrists.
Your goal is to work through each move for half a minute before switching to the next exercise in the routine. The results come due to the high intensity you are supposed to be working at. Intensity is the crux, so try to make the transition time between each exercise the only rest you allow yourself to take. Two rounds will take you approximately three minutes. If you can do it, you can increase the workout to five minutes by adding in an additional third round.
