If you are a life coach and you are struggling to attract clients, there’s a simple answer and another deeper answer. If you want to know how to attract clients, the simple answer is easy. You find people in your market. You connect with them and enroll them into your programs.
If you’re struggling with getting clients in your life coaching practice, then you need to focus on mastering two steps. First, learn where to find prospective clients. There’s loads of clients who could benefit from your services. Second, you have to learn how to enroll people into your life coaching. You have to learn how to sell. This is the simple answer.
The deeper answer is not because you don’t know how to attract clients, but because you don’t believe you can get clients. You don’t think you’re good enough. You don’t think you’re valuable enough or that people will pay for your life coaching. So no wonder you don’t know how to attract clients. Like Kip, from that place no matter what you do you won’t be able to get clients.
You first have to transform who you are being. You have to transform your thoughts and more specifically your feelings. This involved changing who you are and what you believe about yourself and your value. The biggest secret is that once you transform who you are, you won’t even need to ask how to get clients. All of that will come naturally once you transform your consistent emotional states that don’t serve you.
It’s not much more difficult than that. Here are the steps you can take:
Don’t worry about your 5 or 10 year plan. Just focus on the next step. Choose a goal you can manifest in the next month or two. Make sure it’s just a bit outside your comfort zone, but not completely outside the realm of possibility.
Take consistent action steps to get there. If you’re going to run a successful practice, you’re going to need a system you follow consistently to bring in clients. It will include talking to people, joint ventures and educating your market, among other things. But you’ll have to talk to people every day.
Notice what fears and limiting beliefs you have. If you can transform them yourself, then great! If not, then work with a coach who can help you transform your beliefs.
Keep going until you get there! Then set more goals and repeat.
The most difficult part is changing your beliefs. But it can be done. And it doesn’t have to be hard. The more commitment you have, the more dedicated you are to running your practice, the greater chance you have of being successful at attracting clients. These are the steps of how to attract clients. Now you get to go and practice it every day in your business.

***Making a Difference While Making a Living
Many people don't believe in the adage, "Do what you love and the money will follow," and, consequently, they spend years in unfulfilling jobs. They know, deep inside, that there is more to life (and to work) than what they’re currently doing, but they don’t believe that they can actually make a living doing something they REALLY love to do.

***A Lesson in 'Simplicity'
There are a lot of things in life that are truly complicated and challenging to solve – a long-term solution for peace in the Middle East, calculus, mapping the human genome, or deciphering if my wife is really ‘fine’ or if I’m actually in trouble. On the other hand, there are things that seem more difficult than they are – breaking bad habits, living healthier, being happy, the proper usage of “there” “their” and “they’re.”
