Sometimes we tend to forget about the most important person in our lives, ourselves. But who is this person exactly and what do they truly want out of this miracle of life?
Finding Yourself
We have to get ourselves in the position of self-worth. We are the miracle of birth and we have the ability to go out and do the things that we want to do. For example, one of my biggest issues as I started to manifest the things that I want to do is the idea of finding myself and finding out who I am. To find that out, you need look at who you are and what you have. This allows you to get a picture and a view of yourself. This could be a religion; for example, I am Catholic, I am Jewish, etc....
As soon as you create that "I am" it starts to become part of you, leading you to take a position in that area. Examples of I haves are I have a Jaguar, I have an airplane, or whatever it may be. All of these self descriptions are labels that shape where you are right now.
Understanding Who You Really Are
It's important that you get an understanding of who you are, because as we talk about positioning and posture you are going to see that these labels play a big part in bringing in the things that you want. If you really want to shift and do something different, you have to shift your I ams and your I haves.
You have to shift the perception of these labels and you have to raise your awareness above it to understand that that isn't who you are. These are just things that you believe or things that you do, but who you really are is this wonderful spiritual being living in a material world.
You have to learn to work in this material world to shape the posture and positioning that you want. That's the critical thing about what we are talking about. I'm excited about it because it's a challenge. You can change and that's what's wonderful about it. Everyone is in a different life experience.
I am, I have, and I do
We have to understand where the starting point is. My goal for you for today is to write down some objectives. I would like you to write down some of your "I ams" and "I haves." How do these shape who you are right now? People see you differently and you see yourself differently. What are you a fan of? You start to think about who you are when you think about the answers to these questions. Make a list of 5 to 10 I ams, I haves, and even I do’s.
Think of these things that you have and the things that are, because they will be a direct reflection of the income that you have and the things that you are bringing into your life. It's amazing how important this is, this whole idea of figuring out who you are. Once you get comfortable with who you are, then you can position yourself to take it to the next level. Work on the idea of finding self and make that list today, your I ams, I haves, and I do's!
