From my prior experience as a fat loss coach online, I have realized that the top reason people fail to lose weight is because they never even get started on a fat loss program! They simply think that they have no time to lose weight, and thus do not have the ability to keep to a fat loss program.
It is actually very possible to find time to start a fat loss program to lose weight. Most often, people just say they are too busy to start changing their bodies as an excuse. If you want to change your body and transform your lives, you will definitely be able to find some time out; after all it takes less than one hour each time you work out!
The following are several things for you to think about and start losing weight.
First of all, you should change the way you think about time. It may seem like time is rather limited; but in reality, if you actually have a lot of time! To understand what I mean, list out all the tasks you perform in a usual day, including sleeping, and calculate how much time it takes you to perform them. Usually, most people will find a lot of missing time. This missing time is actually time lost to procrastination! Therefore, we will actually have a lot more time in the day if we were to procrastinate less, worry less and start working on changing things to be the way we want them to be!
You should also rate your level of satisfaction with how you spend your time performing each of your daily tasks. If there is something which is not an eight or higher, you should stop doing it. In other words, if you are wasting your time on tasks which actually do not bring satisfaction, you will then have not enough time for the things that actually matter.
Next, you should also try mapping out your day in terms of time blocks. After you know how long your tasks take you, you should then schedule them on your daily calendar. This will clearly help you understand and realize where your time goes. You will soon find out where you are losing time through procrastination as well as how to better fit in your other daily tasks! If you find that you do not have sufficient time for everything else, then you may want to start re-evaluating your priorities!
