Some people don't exercise because they claim that they're too tired. But it's actually the other way around. You feel tired because you're not exercising. Just start in any small way you can. Once you begin exercising, the momentum will build up and you'll get more energy to do your activities.

While you do get a dose of sugar rush, which causes you to become more energized; it won't be long before your energy level collapses and makes you feel even more tired than before.
