Listen, it is all well and good, telling yourself that abundance is your birthright but there are days when it just does not feel like it.

There are days when you feel the nervous agitation in your chest as you consider how far you are from where you want to be…

No matter how much you push, you just do not seem to move forward much…

And right in this moment, it all feels too tough and you are ready to STOP!

And yet…

You don’t really want to go back to the way life was. You cannot imagine looking back at a life that did not look anything like your dreams. You KNOW you are called to more than this and yet, the pathway feels unclear.

You feel a little deluded and you wonder if you are wasting your family fortune by investing in your ideas of what life could be. “If abundance is my birthright, why does it feel so hard?’, you may ask.

And so, in that moment, how do you get to work? How do you convince yourself to keep choosing to step into wealth and abundance in all areas, on your terms? How do you get past resistance?

You do it by looking at the big picture, the big idea, the reason you do what you do…

You picture it clearly in your mind, you feel how it will feel to get ‘there’, you taste what it will taste like to be ‘there’, you let your whole senses be carried away by what is possible for your life and you take one small step towards it.

‘Another level, another devil’ some say and it is the truth about the way it feels at times.

It feels as though the resistance rises a notch when you choose to step into more fullness. However, you do have a choice as to whether your life be determined by feelings, by whims, by your untamed emotions.

Or will you simply make a committed decision to keep showing up?

To keep taking the next step?

To keep doing the work, knowing that the only thing that separates you from your goals, from your abundance is the work that you have or have not done.

So right now, think “How can I serve someone else?”

1. Tell them what you/your enterprise is about

2. Lead generation - Have a way to stay in touch

3. Offer them something that will support them in exchange for them opening their pocket book/wallet.

3 key activities that will grow your audience, get you in front of more people, get you more customers or clients or whatever you need to step more fully into abundance.

And then as you improve your people’s life in some way, you step more fully into abundance for you and for yours. And as you do this consistently, without excuses, you experience of abundance continues to increase.

Some will think that if abundance is a birthright then there is nothing you need to do to avail yourself of it but that is like asking gravity not to work to accommodate your need to jump off a building and fly.

As human beings, we are created to work. And when we do not work, we fall into all kinds of mischief to fill the time - It is just the way it is. And so, to expect to live against your nature and then create what is in your nature to create is not possible.

And remember, it is only work when you do not enjoy what you do.

Instead, do work you love to do.

Do work you feel born to do.

Do it diligently. Get good at the work and firstly, feel abundance as your life starts to feel really good - You wake up, you do work that makes you come alive, you go to bed spent.

And then as you enjoy the work of your hands, you also start to enjoy the benefits of the work. You step into financial abundance, you start to command higher fees. You expand and expand - There is no limit to how much expansion you can do.

But it starts with you choosing not to let the feelings of one single moment in time, affect all that could be.

Yes, you could go back to bed and cover your head, waiting for things to feel better, get better, BE better without any input from you.

Yes, you could wait around for inspiration and a sure thing sign from the heavens that you are on the right path…

Yes, you could let your emotions rule the day…

Or you could step up as a revolutionary leader and get to work, taking ground by taking step upon step upon step - Breaking through self-imposed and other people-imposed limits and claiming the life you are born to live.

Nothing stops you except your feelings in this moment. Will you really let them rule?

Make a commitment to yourself to always ask “What can I do now that will take me towards my goal?” And then when the answer occurs to you which it will, if you ask in sincerity, you act.

Regardless of your feelings…

Regardless of your emotions at that moment…

Regardless of what you think is possible…

Regardless of anything and everything…

You take the next step.

It may be to reach to someone and ask a question…

It may be to take a break…

It may be to write that chapter of your new book…

It may be to write that blog post…
