Written by Claude Anthony
nnYou Can Find The Motivation To Start and Stay On Your Diet! Here are three of the many great tips from my website that will keep you on the weight loss track. Memorize them, repeat them, do them...you can even eat them...they are calorie free! Where can you find the motivation to start and stay on your diet? 1. You can find the motivation by using your imagination. Imagination. What a wonderful thing if you use it right. So let’s use it to lose weight. Do this little exercise every day, twice a day. Get a picture of someone, maybe an old picture of yourself, but anyone who is in the condition you want to be. Now, here’s what you do. Close your eyes and picture yourself in that condition. Hold it there, enjoy it, and savor it. Imagine how you will feel when you get to that weight and how easily you will move, etc. Let this future you get a hold of you so firmly that you will not stop dieting and exercising until it is you. 2. You can find the motivation by using your dreams. No, no, I’m not talking about sleeping all day for weight loss. I’m talking about your dreams to be as slim as you want. What is your dream weight? If you haven’t decided, think of one right now. Be precise. Whether you are a woman who wants to be a slim 120 lbs. or a man who wants to be a solid 170 lbs., settle on it, then write it down...and write it down...and write it down some more. Write it on the refrigerator, write on sticky pads, write it wherever you can, but most important, write it on your mind. This is the weight you are going to be in due time if you stay on your diet and exercise program. Make up your mind that you will not settle for less. You can do it! 3. You can find the motivation by using your closet. Did you throw away all your clothes from when you were weighed less? I hope not. Well, if you did, go buy something that is the size that you want to be and hang it somewhere right in your face. No matter how small it is for you now, hold it up to your body every day until you can put it on. Then do it! Put it on! If it takes a year, it doesn’t matter. That time will come when you will fit into it. Don’t take these little tips lightly; they are powerful! And don’t stop with these tips; there’s plenty more motivational ideas out there that can help you lose weight and get the fat off.
