How to make chicken mushrooms with stir fry noodles:
To make delicious chicken mushrooms with stir fry noodles, by the time you are done boiling your noodles, the chicken-mushroom gravy should be ready.
Chicken mushrooms:
1. Slice the chicken into small pieces (about one-inch strips). Put the pieces in a bowl; add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Add soya sauce and mix well so the chicken pieces get coated with the mixture. Put the bowl in the refrigerator and let the chicken marinate for an hour.
2. Pour olive oil into a pan. Heat the oil and then add chicken pieces. Stir until golden brown. Remove the chicken onto a plate.
3. Slice the mushrooms thinly and then add them to the leftover oil in the pan after frying the chicken pieces. Cook for five minutes.
4. Now add heavy cream, cream of mushroom soup, and dry wine.
5. Put the chicken back into the pan and cook until thickened gravy is left.
6. Add chives, thyme, and rosemary. Stir and turn off the heat.
Stir fry noodles:
1. Egg noodles work best, but you can replace them with other varieties of noodles. Always chose good-quality noodles.
2. Take a large pan with a wide mouth. The pan should be large enough to let you cook the noodles without breaking them.
3. Fill 3/4s of the pan with water. Heat until water starts boiling. Add one tablespoon of salt and then add the noodles.
4. Stir the noodles gently so they don’t stick together. Too much or too vigorous stirring can break the noodles.
5. Noodles usually take ten minutes to boil. See the packaging to check the boiling time recommended by the manufacturer.
6. When cooked, take a colander and drain the noodles. Run fresh water over them to keep the noodles from sticking together. Avoid overcooking the noodles.
7. In a pan, take two tablespoons olive oil and heat it. Now add garlic and ginger. Stir until golden and then add noodles and stir fry them for a few minutes.
How to serve:
Pile up the noodles in a dish. Now top them with the chicken-mushroom gravy. For garnishing, sprinkle some finely chopped chives and serve. Bon appétit!
