Celery (2 stalks), dicedr

Salt and pepper to taster
Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cupr
Whole milk, 1/3 cupr
Vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon
Glazer
Brown sugar, 1/2 cupr
Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoonsr
Ketchup, 3/4 cupr
White vinegar or lime juice, 1 tablespoon
Procedure:
1. Begin by mixing all the ingredients for the glaze. Set aside after blending well.
2. Prepare the oven by preheating it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Position the oven rack to the middle slot.
3. Use a medium skillet to sauté the celery, onion and garlic.
4. Turn off the heat once the vegetables have turned brown in colour.

7. Add in the ground beef and mix well using your hands.

9. Place the meatloaf inside a pan and bake for about 50 minutes at 325 degrees F.
10. Spread the glaze and cook for another 10 minutes.
