The basics of poker: The course of a poker hand in 30 seconds Texas Hold'em Poker is a board game that can be played anywhere and from 2 to 10 players. 1- A player acts as a donor. This position is called the button, and changes after each hand in the direction of clockwise. 2- The two players to the left of the dealer are called respectively small blind and big blind. 3- These two positions require forced bets of a predetermined amount. This is called the Flop. 8- The second round of betting starts with the first player still in play located to the left of the button. This new round of betting, always in the order of clockwise, is summed up by each player having the option to check (if nobody bet before), bet (or raise if someone has it already done), follow (the last biggest bet made), or fold. 9- When the second round of betting is over, a fourth community card is returned to the center of the table. This is called the Turn. 10- The third round of betting starts with the first player still in play sitting to the left of the button. 11- When the third round of betting is over, a fifth community card is returned to the center of the table.
